This is a Rachael Ray recipe. We all know she likes the simplest kinds of desserts and here is a very simple sauce you can use to top them. Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla ice cream |
citrus zest |
1 slice of pound cake, commercial or home-baked |
raspberries |
Directions:
1. Melt the ice cream in the microwave. 2. Stir in the citrus zest. Orange or lemon are good choices. 3. Pour over the slice of pound cake and garnish with raspberries. |
