This comes from the Scottsdale Living Newspaper, sent in by the Olson family. The cake recipe submitted with it is the Ice Water Cake. Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
1 cup milk (cold) |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
Directions:
1. Combine pudding mix, sugar & milk in a bowl, beat at low speed until well blended (about 1-2 min.). 2. Fold in whipped topping, spread on cake. |
