6 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream |
1/2 cup butter, cubed |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. In bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 min; set aside. In lg. mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1/2 Celsius butter and next 3 items and 2 Celsius flour. Beat on med. speed for 3 minute Add pudding and beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. 2. Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minute Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. 3. Punch dough down. Turn onto floured surface; divide in half. Roll each portion into an 18x11 inches rectangle, brush with remaining butter. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough to w/i 1/2 inches of edges. 4. Roll up jelly roll style starting with a long side; pinch seams to seal. Cut ea. into 16 slices. Place cut side down in 2 greased 13x9x2 inches baking dishes. Cover and let rise until doubled, 30 minute Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minute or until golden brown. 5. Meanwhile, in lg. saucepan, combine next 3 items. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minute Remove from heat. Beat in sugar with a hand mixer until creamy. Frost rolls. Serve warm. |
