I found this on Body Building. Try 5 tsp L glutamine (Opt). I have not tried this but I plan to. But I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3 ounces sugar free butterscotch pudding |
1 cup oats |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
12 tablespoons vanilla protein powder |
3/4 cup skim milk |
wheat bran (do not mix into) |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Finally, add the milk and mix throughtly. 2. Spread onto a waxed paper lined 8x8-inch pan. Pop into the fridge 20 minutes. Take out and liberally cover top with wheat bran, pressing a little bit into the stuff until there is no sticky spots. Take the mixture out of the dish by lifting the wax paper out of the pan and flip the whole thing upside down into the dish. Now, pop into the freezer for about 90 minutes or longer. Remove from the freezer. Allow to sit out, or place in fridge again, until the mixture is tacky and workable again (maybe 20 minutes on the table). Now, coat this side with wheat bran until no longer sticky. 3. Cut into 9 bars. |
