Made these Tuesday morning and oh very good tasting, think of pancakes with fruits in them! and you will get the idea how this was. make it two spoonful of vanilla if you want it stronger
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of sugar (3.5 oz)
1 cup of flour (4.5 oz)
a pinch of salt
11/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Place the sugar and eggs in the mixer bowl and whip to firm peaks until the preparation is frothy. Approximately 10 minutes.
2. Remove and add vanilla extract.
3. Sift the flour and salt and add the previous preparation with enveloping motions, always from the edges inwards.
4. Place the preparation in a pastry bag.
5. Fill the molds (previously greased and dusted). Or assemble them on baking paper (ungreased).
6. Sprinkle ground sugar and cook them in the oven at high temperature (360° F) at the top of the oven, for at least 10 minutes.
7. As soon as they are ready, remove them and remove the paper. If they are in molds wait for a few minutes and then demold them carefully.
