From Australian BH&G Diabetic Living and their snack feature. Ingredients:
400 ml skim milk |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (0r 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence) |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Put the milk, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a small saucepan and cook stirring occasionally, over a low heat for 5-7 minutes or until warm. 2. Pour into mugs and serve. |
