Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil leaves, sliced |
1 clove(s) garlic |
0.25 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise |
4 plum tomatoes, sliced |
1 (10 oz.) package(s) refrigerated pizza crust |
2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll pizza crust to within 1 inch of pizza pan. 3. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of mozzarella. 4. Mix parmesan, remaining mozzarella, mayonnaise, basil and garlic. 5. Arrange sliced tomatoes evenly around pizza crust. 6. Scoop cheese mayo. mixture evenly over tomatoes. 7. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. 8. Serve warm |
