A Mexican take on the Bloody Mary, from Zarela Martinez Ingredients:
l/ 4 cup white tequila (2 ounces) |
l/ 4 cup tomato juice |
2 tablespoons orange juice |
1 liter tablespoon lime juice |
1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne (to taste) or 1/2-1 teaspoon ground red pepper (to taste) |
1 dash kosher salt |
black pepper |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker or blender and mix thoroughly. Squeeze 2 lime wedges into each glass and fill with tequila mixture. |
