This is a dish that my aunt always made for family dinners, it reminds me of home. Ingredients:
1 large onion |
1 green pepper |
1 cup uncooked rice |
1 (10 ounce) can beef broth |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms (i often use fresh) |
3/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Chop and saute onion and green pepper. 3. Stir everything together in over safe casserole dish. 4. Bake 1 hour, stirring when it boils. 5. Bake for 1 hour in. |
