Cream cheese , berries and almonds ........ watelse u can ask for .... !!! Ingredients:
4 medium eggs , seperated |
150 g golden caster sugar |
250 g ground almonds |
1 tsp sifted baking pwd |
1 orange zest . |
120 g butter |
100 g icing sugar , sifted |
300 g cream cheese |
1tsp vanilla |
250 gm fresh raspberries |
rose petals |
icing sugar to dust |
Directions:
1. Grease a 23 cm round cake pan . 2. Draw the outline of the pan on a grease proof paper . 3. Cut it and fold into 2 . Now cut the shape of a heart . 4. Pre heat the oven at 200 deg C . 5. Whisk still egg whites until stiff . Set aside . 6. Add the yolk , sugar and beat until pale . 7. Fold in the white and rest of the ingredients . 8. Bake . 9. ................................ 10. Beat the butter and icing sugar until creamy . 11. Add in the cream cheese and vanilla . Mix well . 12. ........................ 13. Cool the cake and keep the heart shape grease proof paper on top . 14. With a sharp knife cut along the edge . 15. Now the heart shape cake is ready . 16. Spread the cream cheese on the sides and den on the top , evenly . 17. ..................... 18. Arrange the berries on top and sprinkle the rose petals . 19. Dust it with icing sugar . 20. ....................... |
