This is my blended version of the Vaina. Ingredients:
2 cups ice |
1/2 cup sherry |
1/4 cup port wine |
1/4 cup brandy or pisco |
1 teaspoon angostura bitters |
2 egg yolks |
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste |
cinnamon, for sprinkling |
Directions:
1. Place ice, sherry, port, brandy, egg yolks, bitters, and sugar into the bowl of a blender. Blend for a minute until smooth, taste, and add additional confectioner's sugar to taste. Pour into highball glasses, and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve. |
