This goes on vegetable OR fruit salads! If you warm this dressing, it is wonderful on broiled or grilled chicken or fish. Ingredients:
1/3 cup v8 vegetable juice (homemade style#116741) |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon lime zest, fresh |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon red onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Using a blender or whisk, incorporate first six ingredients. 2. Stir in red onion. 3. Allow flavors to meld at least fifteen minutes. |
