Uwajimaya Long Grain Fried Rice

This is from my favorite chinese grocery store.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup pork or 1/2 cup chicken or 1/2 cup shrimp (cooked and diced) or 1/2 cup ham (cooked and diced)
1 cup bean sprouts
3 cups long grain rice, cooked and cooled
2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 green onion, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat 1 Tblsp. oil in the wok and scramble eggs. Remove and set aside. Fry bacon until most of fat is cooked out. Drain excess fat and replace with 2 Tblsp. oil. Add cooked meat, onions and beansprouts. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add rice and soy sauce. Fry until rice is hot, turning temperature down if necessary. Add eggs and mix in with rice. Toss in green onions.
