This recipe is great to use with leftovers. Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes |
1 cup of kraft cheddar cheese (shredded ) |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. First, prepare your mashed potatoes into medium sized balls. 2. Then, press down lightly with thumb, and fill with a teaspoons of cheese. 3. When done place into oil and fry until golden brown. |
