4 cups thinly sliced granny smith apple (2 medium)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Arrange sauerkraut evenly in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with caraway seeds and cloves. Place pork chops on sauerkraut; arrange apple slices on pork, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until pork is tender.
