This is a twist on the classic waldorf salad that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Ingredients:
2 cups of diced cooked chicken |
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese |
1/4 cup sugared pecans |
2 granny smith apples cored and diced |
1/4 cup red grapes halved |
balsamic vinagrette (ken's steak house) |
mixed greens |
Directions:
1. Place greens on plate top with chicken, cheese, peans, apples and grapes. Top with dressing according to your taste. |
