A fun dish and different than the usual. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can spaghetti sauce |
2 tablespoons flour |
pepper |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon oil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger; add spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp flour and pepper. 2. Spread in 9x13-inch pan. 3. Sprinkle with cheeses. 4. Beat eggs, milk 1 cup flour, salt and oil. 5. Pour over hamburger mixture. 6. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme. 7. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes. |
