Upside Down German Chocolate Cake |

This is the perfect twist on regular pineapple upside down cake! This is my grandmas recipe and we all just love it! :) Ingredients:
2 cups coconut |
2 cups chopped pecans |
1 german chocolate cake mix |
1 pound powdered sugar |
8 oz. cream cheese |
1/2 cup margarine or butter |
Directions:
1. Mix pecans and coconut together. Put mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. 2. Mix cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour over the pecan and coconut mixture. 3. Stir together and melt the powdered sugar . cream cheese, and margarine or butter. Pour over top of cake. 4. Do not stir. 5. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. |
