instead of chicken in that caesar salad try beef! Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese divided |
1 head romaine lettuce |
Directions:
1. preheat grill or broiler 2. sprinkle steak with salt and pepper 3. grill steak turning once for 15 minutes for medium rare 4. let stand for 10 minutes before slicing 5. meanwhile, combine oil, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese in a small bowl 6. beat with fork until well mixed 7. tear lettuce into bite size pieces 8. place in a large bowl 9. add dressing toss to coat 10. cut steak diagonally into thin slices 11. add to salad 12. stir 13. sprinkle salad with remaining cheese |
