This is great for company and holidays. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages fresh baby carrots |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1 inches of water. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. 4. Drain and set aside. 5. In the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing mix until blended. 6. Add carrots. 7. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed. |
