Just flour, water, baking powder and sugar. Doesn't sound tasty, but i think it is, and for those who love natural food without eggs, butter etc. try this one out :) Ingredients:
100 g whole wheat flour |
100 g plain flour |
60 g wheat bran, unprocessed |
40 g sugar |
5 g baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Blend all the dry ingredients together. 2. Add water until you get a nice batter (not too dry or too liquid). 3. Bake in oven for about 30-40 mins at 130-150 degrees celsius. |
