Unusual and Delicious Collard Greens

I had way too many collards in my garden I needed to pull out to prepare my spring soil. After enjoying several recipes on this site, I got a recipe from a co-worker and it was something really different and good. My fiance says its the best collards he has had, and trust me, we have tried them a lot of different ways!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
2 green onions
2 bunches collard greens
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 garlic clove
salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Saute butter, green onion, garlic and collards.
2. Add rice and a little water and cover.
3. Check every few minutes and stir, add more water so it does not become dry, if needed, add extra water.
4. When rice is cooked add cream cheese and milk.
5. Add salt and pepper and serve.
