Two tasty flavors together that make a delicious snack on the go sure to satisfy! This very easy recipe combines creamy peanut butter with delicious chocolate Unjury for a yummy way to get your protein in! This is from Unjury. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
3/4 cup reduced fat jif peanut butter |
3 scoops chocolate unjury protein powder |
Directions:
1. Add peanut butter to a mixing bowl. 2. Add protein powder, 1 scoop at a time, stirring well after each scoop until dough is formed. 3. Roll dough into balls. 4. Freeze overnight. 5. Optional Additions: Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or cherries), spices (cinnamon or nutmeg), oatmeal, chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds). |
