This is amazing! It makes a lot but it will be gone within days. We use this to put in with eggs or on top of burgers. But the best way to eat it is just withn some chips. Very easy to make and totally worth it. Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped |
6 green onions, sliced |
1red onion, diced |
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 can diced tomatos (or 3 fresh chopped in season) |
1-10 oz bag frozen white corn |
3 avacadoes, diced (leave 1 pit in dish to keep from turning brown) |
3 cloves garlic, chopped |
