Ingredients:
9 inches deep dish pie shells
1 (4 ounce) package spinach souffle (stouffers)
3/4 lb swiss cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) box fresh mushrooms, sliced
butter
Directions:
1. Saute the onions and the mushrooms until tender. Cook the pie shell halfway as directed on package.
2. Fill the pie shell in the following layers: onions and mushrooms; grated cheese, spinach souffle.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool slightly before serving.
4. Great for brunch.
