9 inches deep dish pie shells |
1 (4 ounce) package spinach souffle (stouffers) |
3/4 lb swiss cheese, grated |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) box fresh mushrooms, sliced |
butter |
Directions:
1. Saute the onions and the mushrooms until tender. Cook the pie shell halfway as directed on package. 2. Fill the pie shell in the following layers: onions and mushrooms; grated cheese, spinach souffle. 3. Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool slightly before serving. 4. Great for brunch. |
