Found in a Kraft magazine. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs potatoes (about 2) |
1/4 cup italian dressing |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Cut into 1/4 thick strips. Put the potatoes in a bowl and toss with dressing and Parmesan cheese. 3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray with Pam. 4. Bake 12 minutes. Turn over and bake 12 minutes more or until golden brown. |
