Quick and intense. Ingredients:
2 bell peppers |
1 onion |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon mascarpone |
juice of 1 lime |
chicken stock |
salt, pepper |
tabasco |
1 tablespoon oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil, add chopped onion, bell pepper and grated ginger. 2. Add stock so that it is covered and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. 3. Puree, add salt, pepper, tabasco, lime juice and mascarpone. |
