Uncooked Dill Cucumber Relish

Easy to make.
Ingredients:
7 cucumbers, peeled
1 large onion, thin chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dill seeds or 3 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Chop cucumber fine or food chopper, let drain in colander for about 1 hour, dry with tea towel or paper towel.
2. Add ingredients mix well and store in refrigerator for about a week.
3. Tip: if you want it sweet add 1 cup of sugar.
