This is a frozen treat that is simply simple and wonderful on a hot summer day! Ingredients:
1 can pet milk (large) |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup lemon juice |
1 tbs lemon zest |
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (homemade is best) |
Directions:
1. Empty pet milk into METAL bowl, put mixer beaters into bowl, freeze for approximately one hour, until begins to freeze around the edges.
2. Beat w/cold beaters and gradually add 1 cup sugar
3. Add lemon juice
4. fold in lemon zest
5. layer in baking dish with graham cracker crumbs, freeze until semi-solid or solid
