This is awesome over Banana Cake. Ingredients:
1/2 cup banana, mashed |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup butter |
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix bananas and lemon juice together in a mxing bowl.
2. Cream the butter and one cup of the powdered sugar together in a separate mixing bowl.
3. Add the banana mixture and enough powdered sugar to form a spreadable consistency.
