1 carrot |
1 onion |
1 cup water |
1 cup tofu |
2 tbsp tahini |
1 cup nutritional yeast |
3 tbsp miso (optional) |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
1 1/4 tsp salt |
1 tsp mustard |
2 tsp garlic |
1/2 cup red pepper (jar roasted) |
Directions:
1. Cut up veggies and cook in water in covered pot. 2. Do not drain 3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth |
