Unbelievably Good Pumpkin Bread |

This bread is awesome!! I make it as a gift for my friends every Christmas and they cannot wait to get it. It always brings raves. It tastes best when kept in the fridge and served cold. Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons nutmeg |
3 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup water |
1 cup canola oil |
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in large bowl. 3. Add eggs, water, oil and pumpkin. 4. Mix until well blended. 5. Pour into two greased 9/5 loaf pans. 6. Bake for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 7. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove bread from pans and allow to cool completely. |
