An easy chocolate cookie recipe that needs little cooking. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup cocoa (powder, unsweetened) |
3 cups oatmeal |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. In a pot, combine sugar, margarine and milk and boil for 5 minutes, mixing occasionally. 2. In a big bowl (remember to allow lots of room to mix) mix together the rest of the ingredients. 3. Add boiled mixture to bowl, and mix ingredients together throughly. 4. Place drops on a flat surface that fits in your fridge or freezer (pan or cutting board). Use spoons to form drops while mixture is hot. Use hands when mixture is cool enough. 5. Place drops in fridge, or other cool place. Use the freezer is you are impatient |
