A great way to eat tofu -- without even knowing it! Very refreshing, especially for breakfast or as a snack. Tinker with it until you find the perfect combo for you. Ingredients:
1/3 (10.75 ounce) package dessert tofu |
3 frozen strawberries |
5 frozen peach slices |
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt |
1 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine tofu, strawberries, peach slices, yogurt and orange juice. Blend until smooth. |
