A recipe my mother made when I was a child. I just found it in her recipe box recently. One of my favorite ways to prepare corn. Very yummy!! Ingredients:
1 can corn |
1 onion, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter in skillet. 2. Drain 1/2 liquid from corn. 3. Add corn and brown sugar, salt and pepper. 4. Cook 15 minutes. |
