Beaut of a recipe straight to you from the vegan chef - subject to modification at your whim. First thing I made in my blender. Ingredients:
4 bananas, cut in 1-inch chunks and frozen |
1 cup soymilk, plain |
3 tablespoons cocoa powder |
2 tablespoons maple syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
mint extract, to taste |
Directions:
1. Take out the bananas to defrost for a few minutes (as long as you can wait). 2. Place all other ingredients in blender first, then add bananas. 3. Blend like crazy - you may want to use ice crush setting if you have one. 4. Drink up! |
