A wonderfully light loaf of whole-grain bread in less than one hour! Uses freshly-milled spelt and the ultra rapid bake cycle on the bread machine for time-challenged cooks who want to make bread from freshly milled whole-grain flour, but don't have three hours to wait. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 cups freshly milled spelt flour (2 1/4 cups spelt berries) |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer. 2. Select the ultra rapid or super rapid cycle. |
