These burritos are very low-fat, high in protein, low-carb, and high in fiber. Not to mention that they are simply delicious! Feel free to substitute the meat for chicken or go without meat at all! Ingredients:
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 can fat-free refried beans
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream (only 2 g fat per serving)
8 oz. 7% fat lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup lettuce, chopped
*optional: tomatoes, additional hot sauce, or lowfat cheese
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and garlic on medium heat until cooked
2. Add refried beans and stir until warm
3. Divide bean/beef mixture onto tortillas
4. Add sour cream, salsa and lettuce
5. Fold and enjoy!
6. Feel free to omit beef or substitute for chicken
