Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup club soda
Directions:
1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Cut in shortening.
3. Add club soda and stir to make a ball.
4. Roll it out to fit the pan or wet your fingers and press into the pie pan.
