From Tyler's Ultimate, episode Ultimate Indian Dinner. Ingredients:
1 english cucumber |
1/2 thai bird chili pepper, deseeded and minced fine |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 cups plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Wash cucumber well and chop into 1/4 dice. 2. Add chili, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir well. 3. Add lemon juice and yogurt and stir again. 4. Serve in a pretty bowl with curry or samosas. |
