Ultimate Peanut Butter Cheesecake

This is a peanut butter cheesecake with a brownie crust, chocolate chips, and chocolate drizzled on top.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 milk chocolate candy bar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 inch springform pan.
2. Melt 1/2 cup butter in microwave or saucepan. Remove from heat, and add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir well.
3. Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
4. Pour batter into springform pan and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
5. After brownie crust is done baking set it aside to cool while making the filling.
6. Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
7. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and flour together until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add the milk and mix well. Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the batter.
8. Pour batter over the brownie crust.
9. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 250 degrees F and continue to bake for 40 minutes. Let the finished cheesecake cool to room temperature. Melt the chocolate bar and drizzle over the top of the cheesecake.
10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
