These are no doubt, the best pancakes I have ever had. I really enjoy the flavor profile that the vanilla adds. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup buttermilk |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Whisk wet ingredients. 2. Add dry ingredients and whisk until smooth. 3. Heat pan over med heat. 4. Ladle into pan and flip when tops are bubbly. |
