Ingredients:
24 slice(s) publix turkey pepperoni halved
1 package(s) mama mancini fully cooked meatballs in sunday sauce 20-oz.
1/2 cup(s) fried peppers and onions
1/4 cup(s) lindsay sliced ripe black olives
2 tablespoon(s) classico traditional basil pesto
4 publix bakery hoagie rolls
2 tablespoon(s) kerrygold garlic herb irish butter
1 cup(s) publix shredded mozzarella cheese divided
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*.
2. Let butter stand to soften.
3. Slice pepperoni (about 1/2 cup).
4. HEAT meatballs in microwave following package instructions.
5. COMBINE peppers and onions, olives, pesto, and pepperoni. Cut roll, open lengthwise; spread butter over inside of rolls.
6. CUT meatballs in half. Place meatballs and sauce in each roll; top with pepper mixture and then cheese. Place hoagies on baking sheet; bake 6-7 minutes to melt cheese and toast bread. SERVE.
