Yummy is all I can say. These are so light and fluffy and with the addition of ranch seasoning, cream cheese and sour cream what's not to love about these delights. Enjoy Ingredients:
5 pounds potatoes diced, cooked in salty water and drained |
4 ounces cream cheese room temperature |
4 ounces sour cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup milk |
1 package ranch mix |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl beat potatoes with a big mixing bowl, beat potatoes with milk. 2. Add cream cheese butter and sour cream. 3. When well combined add ranch mix and pepper and beat well. |
