This is SO good an yummy! Add chopped spinach or artichokes for a great variation! Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
2 tablespoons minced bell peppers |
2 (6 ounce) cans white lump crabmeat |
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 small tomato, diced |
tortilla chips, for serving |
1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach |
15 ounces artichokes in water |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and mayonnaise. Stir in peppers, onions, cheese and seasonings. Fold in crabmeat. Pour mixture into a baking casserole, and top with diced tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. 2. If adding cooked shopped spinach or artichoke hearts, do so BEFORE folding in crabmeat. 3. Just FYI, you CAN add BOTH spinach and artichoke if you want to. 4. I find throwing the veges into the food processor produces the most desireable texture to the final dip. |
