A decadent hot chocolate not for the faint of chocolate heart. Also great with white chocolate chips. Top with marshmallows, whipped cream, etc. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
3 cups milk |
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk |
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and place over low heat. Stir regularly to prevent burning the chocolate. A whisk will provide the best results. Hot chocolate is ready when the chocolate chips have melted completely and the mixture has reached your desired temperature.
