ULTIMATE DELIGHT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hartman Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter flavored shortening |
1-1/4 cups brown sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 egg |
1-3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup walnuts |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Mix all ingredients together well and drop onto greased cookie sheet by tablespoon.
3. Bake 10 minutes then cool on cloth to absorb moisture.
