forgot where I got this from. I use udonko flour instead of bread flour. Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. mix together in food processor adding in water slowly. 2. knead and refrigerate 1 hour. 3. roll to 1/4 cm thickness and fold into thirds. 4. cut and cook for 7-10 minutes. |
