Tzaziki Dip Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cucumber |
1 tbsp minced dill or mint |
1 tsp garlic |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Drain yogurt in fridge for 30 min. using 3 coffee filters over sieve. Mix cucumber, pour 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1/8 tsp salt over cucumber. Let sit 30 min in another sieve. Mix together after 30 min and drain excess fluid. Add garlic and spice. Serve with pita bread. |
