Directions:
1. Greek-style basic tzatziki: combine 1 cup plain low-fat Greek-style yogurt, cup finely chopped seeded cucumber, 1 tablespoon chopped mint, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon white pepper. Cover, chill, serve. |
